We purchased a new top cover for our (new to us) used Hot tub. We talked over the phone described the hot tub and provided the serial number. Some time later the new top came in and it seemed larger than we thought. The new top is actually thicker and fits like a glove.

We had an outstanding experience with this family business. They have an extended variety of hot tubs in stock, ready for delivery, which is rather unique right now in Southern Florida. Lori, the owner, insisted we try a few of their hot tubs, asking us to bring our bathing suits. After we expressed a preference for a larger one with two pumps, they asked us to come back a week later and they moved a hot tub and filled it up for us to try. After we signed a contract with them, our HOA give us a hard time with all types of requirements before approving it after almost two months. They were considerate and patient, and when we finally got the approval from the HOA, the delivery was planned a few days later. The delivery crew, including Mario, the other owner, has done the job quickly and professionally while protecting the property and our lanai. They were friendly and very efficient. They really know their business. We already have recommended them to some of our friends here. I rarely give 5 stars in surveys but they earned them. A pleasure to deal with them, from the start to the end.

My wife and I purchased a Celebrity Rendezvous tub from Mario at Hot Tub Sales about a year ago. Mario gave great guidance as far as which model to buy and we have been so happy with the tub. Unfortunately the control panel screen went out. I called Mario and it was under warranty. He came to my house and replaced it himself- FOR FREE!! The tub was more expensive than others because it’s of really good quality but you get what you pay for. Mario’s service is second to none. Thanks Mario!!

We had Aly as our salesperson and she was absolutely amazing! Aly is very knowledgeable about all the hot tubs that they sell and takes the time to answer all questions and explain all questions asked. We went to aqua living spas and left, we felt like the sales person didn’t have time for us to answer our questions. We now have our spa and the whole team here at hot tub sales are amazing! We love our micr silk hot tub and would recommend everyone to stop in here as your first choice when purchasing a hot tub, you won’t be disappointed!!

I purchased a hot tub in November to give as a gift to my husband for Christmas. Aly was so great at helping me keep it a secret! She communicated every step of the way. Delivery day was easy peasy (for me anyway) Those guys work hard!! Especially having to get that heavy tub from the street to the back patio. The team moves like a well oiled machine safely placing the tub exactly where I wanted it. The education and ongoing follow up has been a LIFESAVER! Can't thank Hot Tub Sales enough! Mario and staff were wonderful. Answered all of our questions and made the buying process easy. We used one of the electricians recommended by Mario and the install of new circuit and permitting process went smooth and easy. Mario and Electrician coordinated the install together. We bought the Cal Spa Kona and it had to be ordered from the factory. The build and delivery took place as scheduled and the product is high quality. After install, Mario has been available to answer all questions and help with chemicals. We highly recommend this company.

I spoke to Lori @ Hot Tub Sales regarding a Strong Spa which I was interested in purchasing. She answered all my questions, offered a competitive price and explained the delivery/set up process if I chose to purchase. Based on her straightforward answers, her knowledge and honesty, I chose to purchase through Hot Tub Sales. When the spa was delivered, the delivery men were very careful with the spa while they toted it from the street to my backyard, not an easy task. They set the spa up quickly and explained the workings, the water testing process, and ensured I was informed of the process where I could photo a test strip and email it to confirm the water in the spa was treated appropriately. That is a huge benefit. I never went to the 'store' everything was handled through email or phone calls. I highly recommend this business if you are in the market for a spa.

Hot tub sales and the entire crew, Mario and Lisa, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my hot tub. They have amazing prices but even better salesmanship. Their follow up was great. They got me the tub when I needed it at a great price and the orientation was flawless. The delivery was easy and they put in the tub exactly where I wanted it. They went through a very detailed and comprehensive instruction on how to operate the tub and how to test and correct the water. They are even following up with me day by day to check the pH in the tub . I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a great deal on a namebrand hot tub .

Excellent overall experience! Mario and his wife are fantastic. Great price on a large 110v hot tub. Mario and Laurie are so helpful and knowledgeable about hot tubs! They are so patient with all our questions and concerns and happily answering everything. They offered us time to actually sit in the tubs with the water at the correct temperature to evaluate which tub would be best for us. The delivery was on time and Mario held our hands and instructed us once the tub was operational and continued via text getting the water to its proper chemistry. This is our second hot tub purchase, the first one with them, and I wish we had gotten the first one through them. I recommend them as the best sales/service company I have seen in years. The best customer service I have experienced. You must go by and talk to these guys if you are thinking about getting a hot tub. They have a great system. Buying from them was beyond great. "After the Sell" service has been great! We test our water with a simple test strip and send in a pic via our phone and they tell us what to do to the water. They also have non-diy service for water treatment too.
